Getting Started focuses on two key workflows: Account Creation and Account Navigation. If you're new to RoadOffice, these tutorials offer clear, step-by-step guidance to help you create your account seamlessly and navigate through the system efficiently. We understand the importance of a straightforward onboarding process, and these tutorials are here to provide the necessary information for a smooth start.

Click on CREATE ACCOUNT to create a new RoadOffice account.

Enter your FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, and PHONE NUMBER. Once that is complete, click CONTINUE.

Enter your COMPANY NAME. If the name doesn't exist in our system, you will be prompted to click the CREATE button.

Once your Company has been created, fill out YOUR ROLE with the company, and enter an EMAIL and PASSWORD. Once that is complete, click CONTINUE.

Next, we will ask you if you have a DOT Number. If you do, click I HAVE A DOT #. If you don't, click I DON'T HAVE A DOT #. If you want to skip this step for now, click SKIP FOR NOW at the bottom and you will be taken directly to your account.

If you click I HAVE A DOT # you will be required to enter your DOT Number. Once you have entered it, click SEARCH. We have chosen a DOT Number at random to enter here.
5b.
If you have entered a valid DOT Number, your company information will be pulled from SAFER and presented to you. Verify that the information is correct and click YES or NO.
5c.
If you click I DON'T HAVE A DOT # you will be asked whether you would like us to file one for you. If you choose GET A DOT # NOW you will go through our DOT Number application process. If you choose NO, GET IT LATER you will be taken to your account.

This is your account HOME. From here you can access all the major features of RoadOffice.
1a.
Your MY COMPANY page holds all of your company's important business and trucking information in it. This will also be where your filings are uploaded.
1b.
Your ALERTS page contains all alerts for expirations or renewals for your trucking company. Many alerts use the data from your MY COMPANY profile to properly trigger, so please be sure that section is properly filled out.
1c.
Your ORDERS page contains your company's order history with us. To order a new service, click CREATE NEW ORDER.
1d.
The GET PAID page is where you can learn more information about our invoice factoring service and also get set up for it.

The REPORTS page allows you to view aggregated data in your account and filter it to fit your needs. All data contained in these reports are also able to be exported as CSV.
3.
The SETTINGS page is where you manage your phone's app permissions and your payment sources.
4.
The CALL US button allows you to dial our main office number when needed.
